A Declaration of Major/Minor form requires department chair and adviser signatures before submitting it to the Registrar’s Office located in LH 216. Forms are also available in the Registrar’s Office.
Diploma Application
During the third year, students must complete a Diploma Application, which starts the graduation process. Advisers and the Registrar’s Office monitor students’ progress for graduation, however it’s the sole responsibility of the student to fulfill all requirements for a degree.
Graduation Agreement
The Graduation Agreement helps identify possible discrepancies between your academic path to graduation and the college’s records. Graduation Agreements are due in October of your fourth year. This gives you an opportunity to correct any missing requirements needed to graduate.
