Sheila Rosengarten is a 1995 Wartburg alum and graduated from the Boulder School of Massage Therapy in 1996. She has been an active massage therapist for 23 years and takes pride in helping people feel better and enjoying an improved quality of life. Sheila is excited to be back on the Wartburg campus. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband to watch their two children compete in sports or hanging out with their rat terriers, Snoopy and Riva. Massage therapy provides several benefits, including enhanced performance, improved conditioning, faster recovery, injury prevention, and assistance in maintaining peak fitness.
