Wartburg offers shuttle service at the beginning and end of longer academic breaks during the academic year. Each seat is one-way (purchase both the “departure” and “arrival” seats for a round trip). Shuttle seats can be reserved anytime, but registration for each shuttle closes 7 days before the date of shuttle travel.

Travel Planning
Please choose your shuttle and other travel tickets carefully so that you will get to your airport or bus station in plenty of time for security check-in and boarding. You must be on time for the shuttle! For students flying into an airport before boarding the shuttle, you may want to consider arriving a day or several hours earlier in case of flight delays. The shuttle will not be able to wait for passengers on flights delayed more than an hour.
Reserve Your Seat
Use the registration form below to reserve your shuttle seat. The form is not able to process international credit cards. If you have only a non-U.S. credit card, please contact Krystal Madlock in Student Life to arrange a different form of payment before filling out the form. You may pay for one shuttle now, and you can come back and pay for another shuttle later in the year if you wish. You must purchase a seat to ride.
